Responsibilities
Sales Duties
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including manufacturers, agents, and international customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and emerging markets such as Bangladesh and Myanmar.
Conduct overseas business trips (approximately half of each month) to Japan and other international locations.
Shipping Coordination Duties
Manage and organize data effectively.
Translate basic documents as required.
Oversee import and export operations.
Coordinate communication with agents to ensure smooth processes.
Prepare and manage various documentation related to shipping.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a Japanese company.
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Ability to travel overseas for business trips.
Strong understanding of Japanese business practices and etiquette.
Experience in shipping coordination is an added advantage.
