JOB ID: 1131725 Responsibilities:
Handling reception-related duties for customers (This center takes appointments system, so it is necessary to provide one-on-one service)
Explaining treatment details and costs to customers (this is not a sales role).
Coordination/collaboration with agencies.
Cleaning the center, preparing supplies and equipment, and serving tea to customers.
General administrative duties for the store
Accompanying and interpreting for executives visiting from Japan
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as reception or customer service
Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese for liaising with Japanese-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Possess hospitality and customer service skills
The ability to accommodate shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, and work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Basic computer literacy skills
[Advantage]
Experience in reception duties is an advantage
Experience in retail, cosmetics, or the beauty industry is an advantage
Experience in interpretation is a definite advantage
Experience working with VIP clients is an advantage
