Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from corporate and individual clients
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through tours
Support contract finalization in collaboration with local staff
Coordinate and manage property handover to tenants, including preparation and guidance
Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation and email correspondence
Report updates and share progress with supervisors
Provide post-handover customer support
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2C sales or customer service
Ability to work on weekends when required (compensatory leave provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
