Qualifications:
-3+ years of Executive Chef experience at high volume restaurants
-Eager to be a hands-on Chef, operating multiple restaurants
-Experience with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
-Must be creative with a la carte , proven track record of creating new menus
Responsibilities:
-Creative freedom and input on new menu items
