Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + bonus

230+ room upscale hotel with 10K+ of event space with multiple outlets.
Qualifications:
- Executive Chef or Exec Sous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or upscale multi-outlet environment
- Strong steakhouse background with focus on quality and consistency
- Proven leadership of banquet, catering, and high-volume event operations
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. work visa (no sponsorship available)
- Strong financial acumen managing multi-million-dollar F&B programs
- Hands-on leadership style with ability to build teams and drive performance
