High-End Hotel seeks a Director of Food & Beverage for their property
Qualifications

• High-end Hotel Food & Beverage Director- 5 years' experience
• Has managed an F&B team of 80 to 100 associates
• Has managed multiple Restaurants, IRD and Banquets generating 20M
• Good tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to control costs and maximize departmental profitability.
• Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and guest experience, including tastings for events.
• Must have proven culinary expertise with extensive food knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
