We are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Data Manager, on behalf of our client based in London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 4 Months. 

JOB DETAILS

• PAY RATE: £400 a day Umbrella

• Provide the HR team and senior managers with top-notch expert advise on how to use digital technologies most effectively and efficiently to support organisational change and the management of the Council's staffing resource.
• In charge of interpreting and analysing data stored on HR IT systems to help guide future Council staffing strategy, associated policies, and ongoing HR/management activities to make the best possible use of Council staffing resources.
• When renewing or purchasing IT solutions connected to personnel or workforce issues, provide HR direction and technical advice as part of the procurement process.
• Create and maintain productive working connections with other employers, government agencies, and representative bodies on the outside as well as internally inside HR.
• Take the lead in the service's improvement, management, and performance, making sure that broad goals are converted into workable plans and that the service is effective and locally accountable.
• Responsible for gathering and analysing HR/staffing-related data both internally as needed and for organisations outside of Council to ensure compliance with legal requirements, formal HR data returns, and providing statistical data for different government and employers organisations on a regular and as-needed basis.

• Must have a graduate membership of the CIPD or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
• Experience working as a senior HR professional in a large complex organisation.
• Ability to maintain an up to date knowledge of HR best practice, trends and employment legislation.
• Ability to understand, assimilate, interpret, present and communicate complex information.
• Effective written and oral communication skills including report writing and presentation skills with proven ability to work with, gain the confidence of and influence people at all levels.
