Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Northwest London, are looking for an experienced Housing Resolutions Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their temporary accommodation operations.    
 
Position: Housing Resolutions Officer
Rate: £27.74 per hour (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (December 2025) with Possible Extension  

Job Purpose: 

• The Housing Resolutions Team provide housing options advice to households in temporary accommodation and promote effective move-on to other settled housing, including private rented sector, intermediate and social housing. As well as tenancy audits and resolving customer complaints.

Job Responsibilities: 

• The Housing Resolutions Officer will be expected to visit Temporary Accommodation customers regularly to provide a range of tailored information and advice about more settled accommodation.
• The successful candidate will maintain high standards of casework, record keeping and excellent relations with other departments within the Housing Needs Service.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Housing Resolutions Officer role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
