Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Housing Association, who are looking for a Conveyancing Coordinator to join their team.

Position: Conveyancing Coordinator            
Rate: £32,614 
Location: Devon, Cornwall or Somerset (Hybrid)                 
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Assist in the delivery of disposals of land holdings and void properties via auction and private treaty. 
• Coordinate the internal conveyancing process. 
• Liaise with professionals, such as agents and solicitors, in respect of consequential land matters. 
• Complete site visits to assist with establishing rights of way and clarifying responsibilities for shared services. 
• Ensure case management records are filed properly and kept up to date. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Background experience of working within property law and in a conveyancing environment (essential). 
• Have an understanding of responsibilities placed by statutory obligations and the conveyancing process. 
• Strong analysis, being able to provide solutions to these.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and show a high level of customer service. 

Please be aware that a full driving license will be required for this role as the successful candidate will be conducting site visits.
