Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a School, who are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to join their team based in North London. 

Position: Senior Office Administrator       
Salary: £29,851 - £31,758       
Location: North London     
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Lead the admin team to ensure smooth operation of the school day by providing a confidential and comprehensive administrative service.
• Deal calmly but efficiently with any emergencies, giving accurate information to emergency services if required.
• Assist with the coordination of events such as parents evening, presentations or other functions. 
• Oversee the delivery of the management of admissions procedures in line with the school's policy. 
• Take responsibility for the school's Parent Pay system. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum of two years' administrative experience and line managing a team.
• Good understanding of GDPR confidentiality and school-based office systems. 
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• IT confident.
