Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Newham. Are looking for a Client Support Officer to join their organisation.

Job Role: Client Support Officer (Asset Management)
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: 3 months (Possible Extension)
Rate of Pay: £23.86 p/h Umbrella
Location: Newham
Office Based/Hybrid: Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

• To receive, record and deal with day-to-day enquiries relating to the HRA AM team.
• To work with the AMT to provide support, where required, with Resource Management tasks 
• To receive and record incoming correspondence relating to the work of the team. Ensure all correspondence both incoming and outgoing is managed to meet the team's needs and timescales and to ensure appropriate housekeeping for all projects within the AMT.
• To maintain all Quality Assurance Procedures, and to ensure all processes managed by the teams are followed and data recorded where required.
• To create and manage data systems to support the work of the HRA AM Team.
• Assist with the development of processes to support the inspection/HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating System) process, data collection, quality assurance and validation process.

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Client Support Officer or equivalent.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to use them to produce professional documents, analyse data, and manage records effectively.
• Experience of interpreting and working with Power BI reports to support the team to make evidence-based decisions.
• Strong experience of working with Excel spreadsheets and CSV files, with the ability to interpret data accurately and record outcomes by logging actions onto internal systems or completing data loaders.
• Quals / training required An understanding of Local Authority
