• PAY RATE: $125,000 - $156,000 Per Annum

JOB ROLE

As an Audit Manager, you will supervise the completion of on-budget financial statement audits using your technical and managerial abilities. With the tools, setting, and assistance to help you succeed, you will use your understanding of each client's operations, procedures, goals, and risks to improve each financial statement audit.

In addition you will use top-tier audit technology to collaborate with others, solve problems more effectively, and have insightful business discussions, you will cultivate relationships with your engagement teams and clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Directing and assisting several engagement teams to finish financial statement audits at the same time
• Listening to and discussing engagement and service requirements with clients on a regular basis; promptly and completely addressing technical and service issues
• Educating and managing less seasoned coworkers and giving regular, consistent feedback
• Proactively addressing issues and serving as a sought-after business advisor to your clients on a range of business development topics
• Collaborating with coworkers on company development and proposal tasks.
• Working remotely, in the office, or on a client site with your team.
• Before you and your team decide when and where to work, empower them to listen to what clients and teammates anticipate.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• A bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, economics, finance, or a similar field
• Five years or more of advanced experience in public accounting with a medium-sized to big enterprise A current CPA license is necessary.
• Technical, analytical, and auditing abilities, including familiarity with PCAOB, GAAS, and US GAAP regulations and standards
• Able to balance conflicting priorities and several engagements
