Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and play a crucial role in their Human Resources operations.       

Position: HR Business Partner (Social Care)
Rate: £300 per day (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 Months) with Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office) 

Purpose:

• The key purpose of the role is ensuring the successful delivery of strategic HR services across a service area(s) enabling the council to deliver their business objectives.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Identifies solution to challenging HR and OD situations affecting departments, council and employee relations issues. Develops, presents, implements, monitors and reviews HR and OD solutions to overcome the challenging situation.
• Takes a proactive role and approach identifying opportunities to enhance the development, delivery and presentation of People and Talent services.
• Develops, implements, monitors and reviews new and innovative ways of working negotiating with internal and external providers of service and working effectively with partners.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a HR Business Partner role or equivalent.
• Substantial experience operating as a HR Business Partner with lead responsibility for a department in a large organisation working to a strategic Director and their management team.
• Graduate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
