Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Financial Institution, who are looking to recruit an experienced Centralized Lending Specialist/Mortgage Loan Officer to join their team based in Chandler, AZ.

• PAY RATE: $28.85 per hour

JOB ROLE

In order to help both new and existing clients find the best option for financing the purchase of a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a new home equity line of credit, this position is in charge of taking incoming calls and starting outgoing calls within a call center. Analyzing the customer's financial objectives, choosing the best lending product, filing the mortgage application, helping the client collect supporting loan papers, and keeping the client updated during the mortgage loan process are some of the main duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Delivers outstanding customer service
• Responds to incoming and outgoing calls to offer direction and counsel to both new and current clients in order to identify their financing needs and help them choose the best course of action.
• Uses a variety of technological platforms to help clients and referral partners.
• Uses established lending procedures and policies to adhere to rules and control risks.
• Communicates consistently with clients and business partners through outbound calls, email, and online messaging tools throughout the financing process
• Finds chances to suggest the bank's goods to customers through partner recommendations as a member of a cohesive team that provides outstanding customer service.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Has worked in mortgages and sales for more than a year.
• Possesses a strong client-care and relationship-building mindset.
  demonstrates a desire to engage with clients in a proactive manner by actively listening to their needs and aspirations.
• Possesses the capacity to evaluate customer demands and recommend or advertise substitute goods or services.
• Has aptitude for system technologies and/or the capacity to learn all platform systems used in the environment.
• Possesses strong customer service abilities and is capable of overseeing the entire client origination process from start to finish and resolving issues at crucial stages of the financing process.
• Possesses the capacity to operate at enormous volumes under pressure.
