JOB ROLE

In your capacity as a ServiceNow Architect, you will be instrumental in the development and direction of intricate ServiceNow solutions spanning numerous platforms and modules. Using your in-depth understanding of ServiceNow's features and best practices, you will design solid solutions that increase operational effectiveness, create business value, and guarantee client alignment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Oversee the development and deployment of complete ServiceNow solutions, such as HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow apps.
• Work together with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to establish the architectural vision and execution plan for ServiceNow.
• Oversee the ServiceNow modules' configuration and customisation, making sure they follow best practices and are scalable.
• Create connectors that guarantee smooth data transfer and system interoperability between ServiceNow and external systems (such LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs).
• Assist development teams with technical leadership and direction to guarantee the implementation of best practices and reliable, high-caliber coding standards.
• Find ways to improve ServiceNow environments' usability and performance.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• USC or Green Card Holder is required.
• Technical architecture and practical development experience are essential.
• Only candidates from Arizona and California
• A minimum of CTA or ServiceNow CAD certification is needed.
• Preferred modules are ITSM, CSM, and SPM.
