Job Role: Business Development Manager
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: Until July 2026
Number of Positions: 1 position
Location: Orpington
DBS Required: Enhanced DBS required
Rate of Pay: Hourly rate needs to be within a £28,411 per annum salary
Pay Negotiable: Yes
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Researching and developing new business leads across relevant sectors
• Engaging with potential clients and partners through outreach and networking
• Building strong relationships and presenting tailored solutions
• Meeting revenue targets and contributing to strategic planning
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Reporting on performance and market trends

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Business Development Manager or equivalent.
• Understanding of government-funded work-based training and commercial products in the FE sector
• Ability to plan and manage own workload, achieve agreed targets and objectives and evaluate outcomes
• Level 2 English and maths
• Enhanced DBS required
• A full driving licence and use of a car
