Job Role: Learning & Development Support Assistant
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: Until March 2026 (Possible Extension)
Rate of Pay: £17.14 p/h umbrella inside IR35
Location: Huddersfield
Office Based/Hybrid: Hybrid working
Short Brief/Requirement:
Using strong IT and organisational skills, alongside Microsoft Office for data entry, with a keen eye for accuracy—essential for maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create individual skills for each training module (across two designated areas)
• Assign skills to relevant job roles or individuals
• Request and verify the latest training records and certificates
• Approve and sign off skills based on validated documentation 
• Participate in meetings to review progress, plan next steps, and address any queries

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Learning & Development Support Assistant or equivalent.
• Certificate in Business and Administration NVQ 2 or able to demonstrate equivalent skills.
• Committed to personal and career development and willing to undertake further training.
• IT skills to support working with packages such as Word, Excel, and Access as well as service specific IT packages.
