• PAY RATE: $190,000 - $240,000 Per Annum

JOB ROLE

Building and managing a team to deliver technology services and products that satisfy business objectives is the responsibility of this position. Creating a technology strategy, making sure technology solutions adhere to relevant standards, encouraging design, engineering, and organizational practices, and supporting and advancing contemporary, Agile solution delivery methods are some of the main duties. Coaching, mentoring, giving feedback and practical career development, spotting new talent, developing leadership abilities, and managing stakeholders are a few examples of job requirements.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Creates and oversees teams by carrying out financial tasks to guide recruiting and workforce strategy, establishing and monitoring quality and maturity goals, and educating staff members and teams on how to respond to criticism and meet performance and quality standards.
• Assists teams and people in advancing their careers and performance through coaching, performance reviews, and the creation of development plans that are necessary to increase competencies and skills.
• Ensures that all applicable risk, financial, and compliance policies are followed while managing the delivery of solutions and the performance of applications in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit examinations, and reviews).
• Leads and cultivates followers in the organization's Communities of Practice and oversees partnerships with commercial and technology partners.
• Contributes to their technical domain's technological strategy.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent familiarity with database technologies including MySQL DB and Redis, as well as automation and AI/ML-driven observability platforms and analytics tools like Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, and Django.
• Expertise in data science, sophisticated analytics, and Python-based custom application development.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful international teams, promote innovation, and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a complicated, corporate setting.
