Summary:

• Ensure Alignment to Selected Title Execution of AT&T to Telus migration of existing carpark. Executing and reviewing results of the migration. Identify and correct any failed migrations.

• Workload Support - Assisting in reducing workload by taking on key responsibilities.
• Configuration Management - Handling the transition of cell phones from AT&T to Tellus and executing necessary tool-based methods for the transfer.
• Technical Assistance - Helping troubleshoot error codes and learning how to resolve issues effectively.
• Independent Work with Collaboration - Tasks are largely independent but involve frequent interaction with various team members.
• Team Size - Immediate team consists of approximately 10 members.
• Department Scope - Department includes around 50 members, primarily focused on customer issues and case work.

• Confirm if group participates in Contract Worker Shutdown days          
• Review various reports and dashboards to identify anomalies in expected processes and investigate any discrepancies.
• Work with large file sizes (Excel, Notepad), reprocessing them through multiple tools and workflows to ensure successful completion.
• Adapt to changing business needs, with potential for extended responsibilities as required.

 
Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• 2-4 years applicable experience required

 
Personality Trend

• Organized - The execution of this work needs to validate with data to make sure it was executed by the system correctly.
• Disciplined - Follow clear instructions to prevent errors from entering the system, and documenting issue seen, with emphasis on details when errors.  Communicating these details is key.
• Curious - Someone willing to investigate the errors and peel back the error to help understand the issue.  Simply, the person asks "why".
• Top 3 must-have hard skills
• Level of experience with each
• Stack-ranked by importance         1        SQL/Database language (SW Language understanding syntax basic coding skills).  Python and JSON also helpful.
• 2        Familiar with looking at logs of systems, understanding of Call Flows/API Flows will assist in debugging issues. 
• 3        Helpful: Background in Cellular sales/provisioning (T-Mobile Kiosk).  Background with understanding what the carriers do to turn on cell phones.
