Minimum Degree Required: - Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
Certifications & Licenses: - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Technology: - Service Now is a plus.
- Must have experience with CISCO installing/Configuring devices, LAN/WAN, Avaya, familiar with port activations, configuring switches update firm ware.
- TCICP, LPS. routing protocols BGP, OSPF.
Education: - Associates Degree, Bachelor's preferred
Certification: - CCNA is plus (if they do not have, they must be working towards it)
- Must have reliable transportation as Field Engineer as they will travel between sites.
