- In this position you will be leading a team involved in cross-enterprise initiatives and large-scale vehicle and product launches driving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevSecOps principles, culture, tools, and processes.

Objectives of this role: - Implementing and maintaining new Continuous Integration tools and infrastructure.
- Understanding the changing needs of developers and translating them into action items.
- Creating new ways to automate and improve the Continuous Integration process.
- Testing and examining code written by others
- Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes
- Working with other teams in the organization to ensure adherence to our best practices
Responsibilities: - Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
- Deploy updates and fixes as required to ensure Continuous Integration
- Develop solutions to integrate with internal back-end systems as needed
- Perform root cause analysis of development and production build and pipeline issues
- Develop automation to enhance current processes
- Develop new procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Experience Required: - Senior Specialist Exp: 7+ experience in relevant field.
Experience Preferred: Experience 7+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering role. Experience with embedded systems build and development process preferred. Team leadership experience highly preferred.
