What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise all parts department operations including sales, inventory, and team performance
• Manage high-volume parts requests from technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain inventory levels including min/max control and stock counts
• Source parts locally and globally to meet urgent operational needs
• Negotiate vendor agreements and maintain supplier relationships
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
• Maintain accurate records for inventory, costing, and transactions
• Lead, delegate, and develop team members within the parts department.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing parts, inventory, or mechanical components
• Strong leadership experience supervising teams in a warehouse or parts environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume requests with urgency and accuracy
• Experience with inventory systems, reporting, and data entry
• Strong customer service mindset with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience sourcing parts and working with vendors
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, standing, PPE)
• High level of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability
