What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a marketing team, setting priorities and driving performance
- Own brand strategy, messaging, and consistency across all channels
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units
- Manage and optimize digital channels including website, email, and social
- Drive strategic partnerships as a key revenue growth lever
- Support regional and cross-border expansion initiatives
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality outputs
- Own the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and performance
- Improve processes, workflows, and execution efficiency
What We're Looking For - Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing and developing a team
- Strong background in brand, communications, and marketing strategy
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors
- Budget ownership with ROI accountability
- Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience overseeing digital channels and content strategy
Compensation & Work Model Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
Work model: Remote with hybrid requirements as needed
Greater Toronto Area preferred with access to Mississauga as required
