Build More Than Just Shipments
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership on the warehouse floor, leading by example, and helping operations run smoothly every single day. You’ll play a key role in supporting warehouse productivity, training team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products move safely and efficiently through the facility.
If you thrive in fast-moving warehouse environments and enjoy balancing leadership with hands-on work, this role offers the chance to step into a highly visible position with real operational influence. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership, help drive accountability across the team, and contribute directly to the success of daily operations.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Unlike many warehouse lead roles that focus strictly on supervision, this position combines leadership, training, operational coordination, inventory oversight, and hands-on warehouse support. You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be actively involved in improving workflow, supporting associates, and helping maintain high operational standards.
This role also offers:
- Direct exposure to warehouse leadership and daily operations
- Opportunity to step into leadership responsibilities when management is absent
- A highly team-oriented environment where reliability and initiative matter

- Ensure labeling, packaging, and documentation are completed accurately
- Help maintain quality standards for product handling and repackaging
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Support start-of-day and end-of-day operational processes
- Monitor inventory movement and escalate aging inventory concerns
- Step into warehouse leadership responsibilities when needed
- Promote a safe, organized, and accountable warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working in furniture or large-item warehousing is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements - Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the workday
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed
Compensation & Work Model - Full-time opportunity
- Onsite warehouse environment
- Competitive compensation based on experience
Location & Schedule - Onsite warehouse position
