POSITION OVERVIEW
The OPR2 Reach Truck Operator (3rd Shift) is the highest-pay operator role at this facility, covering overnight hours. The exact day pattern (Sun-Thu or Sat-Wed) is determined by the open order releases. Candidates must be fully flexible on overnight availability and prepared to operate any brand of Reach equipment during a mandatory Day 1 assessment.

Pay Rate: $22.95/hr
Shift: Sunday-Thursday with OT on Fridays OR Saturday-Wednesday with OT on Thursdays (TBD) | 10:00 PM-6:30 AM | REACH ONLY
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent
Conversion: 420 hours or 90 days
Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Language: Open - English, Spanish, Arabic, and other languages accepted
Background Check: Theft, Violence, Drugs screened
Equipment: Reach Truck - multi-brand (Raymond, Yale, Toyota, Hyster)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate Reach forklift and other powered industrial equipment as assigned
• Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise according to client directives
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report defects to supervision
• Work from work orders, pick lists, and system-generated tasks
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and cycle count participation
• Maintain safe speeds and safe operating distances at all times
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and inventory control teams
• Adhere to all Geodis safety standards and PPE requirements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 months verifiable Reach forklift experience required
• Must be comfortable operating various brands of powered industrial equipment
• Ability to pass a client-administered equipment assessment on Day 1
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-rack environment
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility for overnight shifts
• Flexibility to work either Sunday-Thursday or Saturday-Wednesday overnight (schedule determined by Apple's open orders)
• Must pass criminal background check (theft, violence, drug offences screened)
