Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift
You'll run the floor on 3rd shift, keeping a high-volume operation moving without missing a beat.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a real path to a permanent seat.

Most warehouse jobs ask you to show up and push pallets. This one asks you to keep a large-scale automotive supply operation running on time, every night. What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift and/or reach truck to move, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers
- Pulling and delivering parts to designated locations on schedule
- Completing pre-shift equipment inspections and required documentation
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and proper material labeling/placement
- Operating safely in a high-traffic warehouse and production support environment
What We're Looking For - 6 months to one year prior forklift operating experience required (sit-down counterbalance; reach truck experience a plus)
- Current forklift certification, or ability to obtain one on-site
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics setting
- Strong attention to detail and a real commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment for a full shift
- Reliable attendance — this role supports an active production line
- Automotive, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
Compensation & Work Model Pay: $19.00/hour. Temporary-to-permanent opportunity. Onsite role.
Location & Schedule Located in Smyrna, TN. Schedule is 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
