What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily warehouse operations during the 2nd shift.
• Coordinate warehouse associates to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety, quality, and scan compliance.
• Support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and order flow.
• Monitor labeling, packaging quality, and product handling standards.
• Ensure warehouse inventory is accurate and properly maintained.
• Promote scan discipline and process compliance throughout the warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and step into leadership responsibilities when needed.
• Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating warehouse teams in a distribution or logistics environment.
• Furniture warehouse experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and excellent attention to detail.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull merchandise.
• Work safely in an active warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when business demands require.
