What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multiple Final Mile delivery locations throughout Illinois.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers to maximize operational performance.
• Own regional Profit & Loss performance and financial planning.
• Drive operational consistency through standardized processes and best practices.
• Analyze regional KPIs to improve productivity, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead regional capacity planning for labor, delivery volume, and contractor resources.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and delivery operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Travel throughout the region to audit locations and support local leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive logistics leadership experience.
• 3–5+ years leading multiple operations or distribution facilities.
• Strong Final Mile or Last Mile delivery experience.
• Demonstrated success managing regional P&L performance.
• Experience leading General Managers or Site Leaders.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS environments.
• Knowledge of Independent Contractor delivery models and compliance.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
