Inventory Production Coordinator — Aviation Manufacturing | North Charleston, SC
There are roles that pay your bills, and then there are roles that build your career. If you have a strong attention to detail, a team-first attitude, and experience keeping inventory moving in a fast-paced environment — this one is worth a conversation.
We are working with a well-established aviation services contractor operating inside one of the most recognized aerospace facilities on the East Coast. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, which means the pathway to full-time employment is real, structured, and performance-based. Strong performers have been moving into permanent roles, and leadership-track candidates are being considered for Team Lead advancement.
The environment is active, the work matters, and the people around you are focused on one thing: keeping production running on time. If that sounds like where you thrive, keep reading.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
This is not a generic warehouse job. You are working inside a world-class aviation manufacturing environment where precision, accountability, and teamwork directly impact production outcomes. You will have visibility across the full inventory lifecycle — from receiving and storage through to staging and production line support. The team values initiative, and strong performers are noticed. You are not going to get lost in a massive organization with no one watching — you are going to be on a team where your contribution is visible and your work genuinely moves things forward.
The benefits package is exceptional for a contract position — kicking in after just 30 days and including health coverage, free dental and vision, a teledoctor service, counseling services, vacation and holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan. The $5 prescription and doctor copays alone stand out.
