What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections on commercial trailers.
- Diagnose mechanical, structural, suspension, braking, and ABS-related issues.
- Complete wheel-end repairs, wheel seal replacements, tire work, and brake repairs.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure fleet compliance.
- Perform minor structural, panel, and scuff liner repairs.
- Complete welding and torch work as required.
- Identify repair requirements and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records.
- Support fleet uptime through efficient, high-quality workmanship.
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trailer Technician.
- Strong experience performing preventative maintenance and trailer inspections.
- Experience with suspension systems, brake systems, wheel-end repairs, and trailer maintenance.
Technical Skills
- Ability to diagnose ABS systems.
- Welding and torch operation experience.
- Structural repair knowledge.
- Brake system repair and maintenance.
- Tire and wheel-end repair experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman certification considered a strong asset.
- Safety Inspection Certificate considered an asset.
- Ability to obtain CVIP Certification.

- Four 10-hour shifts
Weekend Shift - Friday to Sunday
- 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
