This is not a back-office HR role. This is where HR meets operations—on the floor, in real time, where decisions matter and people rely on you.
You’ll be the critical link between employees, managers, and business operations—owning key HR processes, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workforce operations. If you enjoy being visible, hands-on, and making an immediate impact, this is where you belong.
You’ll also gain exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, workforce planning, and operational strategy—giving you a path well beyond traditional HR support roles.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
- Frontline impact: Work directly with employees and leadership—not removed from the business
- High visibility: Be a trusted advisor across shifts and departments
- Operational influence: Contribute to workforce planning, efficiency, and process improvements
- Growth potential: Exposure to both HR strategy and manufacturing operations
- Team environment: Highly collaborative culture with strong cross-functional support
- Stability: Established operation with structured processes and long-term opportunities
What You’ll Be Doing - Act as the primary HR contact supporting employees and managers on-site
- Deliver HR services across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, support, engagement)
- Maintain and manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Support HR help desk, portal, and time & attendance systems
- Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and resource coordination
- Monitor and execute processes aligned with service level agreements and KPIs
- Facilitate communication across shifts to ensure operational continuity
- Assist with budget tracking and departmental resource planning
- Respond to and support operational issues impacting workforce productivity
What We’re Looking For - 2–3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or fast-paced environments
- Strong experience in employee relations and face-to-face HR support
- Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, timekeeping, reporting tools)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Ability to solve problems in structured, fast-moving environments
Compensation & Work Model - Day Shift: $27/hour
- Night Shift: $28/hour + 15% shift differential
- Work Model: 100% Onsite
