- Program and troubleshoot HMIs
- Support robotic systems including maintenance and troubleshooting
- Program and maintain industrial vision systems such as Cognex and Keyence
- Lead technical execution of automation and capital improvement projects
- Improve machine reliability, uptime, and production performance
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For Required Experience & Technical Skills - Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Technical School certification in an engineering-related field OR equivalent hands-on industrial automation experience
- 5+ years of experience working with industrial automation equipment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Experience with PLCs and HMIs, particularly Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi platforms
- Experience maintaining or programming robotics systems preferred (Yaskawa, Fanuc, Motoman)
- Experience with industrial vision systems such as Cognex or Keyence highly desirable
- Knowledge of motor controls and industrial power distribution systems
- Experience improving processes, troubleshooting equipment failures, and supporting new equipment installations
Professional Skills - Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with customers
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to mentor, collaborate, and contribute positively within a team environment
Compensation & Work Model - Competitive compensation based on experience and technical expertise
- Opportunity for long-term career growth within advanced manufacturing and automation
- Full-time onsite role within a manufacturing/production environment
