What You'll Be Doing
- Drive furniture and mattress sales in a high-traffic showroom
- Engage customers confidently and close sales
- Upsell and maximize transaction value
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Participate in contests and performance initiatives
- Maintain a professional, energetic presence on the sales floor
What We're Looking for
Experience - Sales experience (retail preferred)
- Commission-based selling experience strongly preferred
- Experience with big-ticket sales (asset)
