What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily warehouse/manufacturing operations to achieve production goals.
• Drive accountability across safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Develop supervisors, section leaders, and associates into stronger performers.
• Monitor manpower planning and operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support operational reporting.
• Identify operational risks and implement preventative solutions.
• Support new model and project activities within the department.
• Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and safety requirements.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and department performance.
• Communicate professionally with associates, leadership, and customers.
• Support hiring, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience within warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing production targets, staffing, and workflow planning.
• Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with management teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.
• Computer proficiency and operational reporting experience.
• Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays as operational needs require.

Compensation & Work Model

• Salary: $72,254 annually
• Work Model: Onsite
• Industry: Warehouse / Manufacturing Operations
• Schedule Flexibility Required

Location & Travel

• Location: Lincoln
• Minimal travel expected; role is primarily facility-based.
