Own a nationally recognized program. Engage directly with executive leaders. Build something that matters across North America.
You're not applying to manage a calendar or coordinate logistics. This is a full ownership role at the centre of two flagship recognition programs that celebrate the best organizational cultures across Canada and the United States.
If you've been looking for a role that combines high-profile program leadership, executive-level relationships, and real growth opportunity — this one was built for someone like you.
This is a backfill role within a newly restructured team, which means you're arriving at an intentional moment of redesign. The programs are expanding. The team is being rebuilt to scale. And the person in this seat has real influence over how it all comes together. You won't be inheriting a rigid machine. You'll be helping shape what this looks like going forward.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love managing complex, high-visibility initiatives, and want your fingerprints on something with national reach and growing continental impact — keep reading.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Most program management roles sit behind the scenes. This one puts you front and centre — in rooms with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams who take this program seriously. You'll own the full lifecycle of two nationally recognized awards programs, not just a piece of them. That means nominations, submissions, voting, benchmarking, executive events, and U.S. expansion — all yours to lead and evolve.
The team around this role is newly structured and intentionally designed to grow. As the programs scale across North America, so does the opportunity in front of you. This is not a role you outgrow in 18 months. This is a role you grow with — as a program leader, as a relationship builder, and as someone who understands the value of high-performance culture recognition at scale.
The hiring leadership is accessible, invested, and genuinely interested in what you bring to the table. This isn't a black-box organization. Your ideas will be heard. Your contributions will be visible.
