What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain and manage program databases with high accuracy
Track nominations, submissions, and participation throughout the program cycle
Coordinate communications with nominees, applicants, and participants
Support organizations through the submission and interview process
Schedule and manage logistics for interviews, review sessions, and key milestones
Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for voting processes and “Vote Day”
Assist in compiling results and managing follow-up communications
Support planning and execution of regional and national events
Coordinate vendors, venues, and event logistics
Manage attendee registration and communications
Provide on-site support during events as needed
Assist marketing with email campaigns, website updates, and social content
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, events, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or external partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Education
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Project Management, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience supporting awards programs, conferences, or executive-level events
Exposure to U.S.-based programs or stakeholders
