What You'll Be Doing
Lead and develop a marketing team of up to five people, establishing clear priorities and driving accountability.
Drive brand consistency and messaging across all channels and initiatives. Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and content strategy from concept to execution.
Provide strategic direction across digital channels including website, email, and social.
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
Manage agency relationships and external vendors, holding them accountable to results.
Own and manage marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI.
Support market expansion efforts and growth initiatives as the business scales. Align all marketing activities to broader organizational objectives.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing management role.
Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team — you have managed people, not just projects.
Strong generalist background across brand, communications, and integrated marketing strategy — this is not a pure digital role.
Experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships.
Demonstrated ability to own and report on marketing budgets and ROI.
Solid understanding of digital channels including website, email, and social. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Exceptional project management skills in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
Leadership traits that include adaptability, collaboration, and a high standard of execution.
Based in the Greater Toronto Area — this is a GTA-only search with no relocation support.
Compensation & Work Model
$100,000 – $115,000 CAD base salary, with potential to $120,000.
Performance-based bonus tied to company and marketing outcomes.

Work Model: Hybrid/Remote-Flexible
Location & Travel
Primarily remote with one to two days onsite in Mississauga as required. Candidates must be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Occasional travel (estimated 5 to 10 percent) for events, team meetings, and partner engagements across Canada and potentially the United States.
