Most consulting roles separate strategy, delivery, and content. This one brings them together.
In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership teams to solve complex business challenges tied to culture, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. You won’t just support delivery—you’ll help shape the thinking, frameworks, and tools behind it.
If you’re someone who enjoys translating ideas into structured insights, building compelling content, and working directly with clients, this is the kind of role where you’ll do your best work.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
This isn’t a traditional consulting role where you’re confined to execution.
Here, you’ll play a key role in both client delivery and building the intellectual property that underpins the advisory practice. You’ll have direct exposure to senior leadership, contribute to thought leadership, and help shape how services are delivered and scaled. The role blends analytical thinking, client engagement, and high-quality content creation in a way most roles don’t.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the design and delivery of engagements across leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness
- Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations
- Develop high-quality deliverables including leadership materials, culture reports, and presentations
- Facilitate and participate in client meetings, workshops, and assessment debriefs
- Build and refine frameworks, tools, and advisory content
- Translate complex ideas into clear, structured, and visually compelling outputs
- Manage workstreams, timelines, and project deliverables across multiple engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Support proposals, pitch materials, and business development efforts
What We're Looking For - 5–7 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Proven experience creating presentations, frameworks, reports, or tools
- Experience in leadership development, culture, talent assessment, or organizational effectiveness is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce executive-ready materials
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and trust
