Manager, Demand Generation & Community Growth — Build the Growth Engine
This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a growth-focused position where your work directly translates into pipeline, leads, and business impact.
You’ll be responsible for building and executing demand generation programs that attract senior decision-makers, grow audience engagement, and convert attention into qualified opportunities. From campaigns to events to partnerships, you’ll play a central role in building a modern growth engine.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to business growth goals
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across email, social, web, events, and partnerships
- Own email marketing strategy, including segmentation, nurture journeys, and performance optimization
- Manage and grow organic social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Turn events, partnerships, and communities into lead generation channels
- Capture, nurture, and convert leads through CRM workflows and follow-up programs
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline conversion
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data
- Report on lead generation, audience growth, and pipeline contribution
What We're Looking For - 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven experience generating qualified leads and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and social media execution
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and execution skills
Compensation & Work Model Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
Work model: Remote / Hybrid
