We’re partnering with a construction-focused client delivering commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This role puts you at the center of site operations, managing trades, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of project types, including interiors, fit-outs, and ground-up construction. You’ll have full ownership of site execution, with a strong emphasis on coordination, client interaction, and delivering projects in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple project types
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff
- Develop and maintain construction schedules
- Coordinate trade sequencing to ensure efficient workflow
- Enforce health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and reporting
- Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Act as the main on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor labour, materials, and site logistics
- Maintain site documentation including logs, RFIs, and reports
What We're Looking For - 5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role
- Experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, or multi-sector construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced projects
- Knowledge of Ontario building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ground-up construction; institutional experience preferred
Compensation & Work Model Base salary typically ranges from $120,000 – $130,000+, depending on experience.
Location & Travel Ontario.
