An established, highly regarded multidisciplinary clinic in downtown Toronto is seeking a skilled Chiropractor to join its clinical team.
With decades of history and a team of more than 30 healthcare practitioners, this clinic has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care through collaborative treatment approaches.
The incoming Chiropractor will step into an existing caseload, ensuring immediate patient volume and the opportunity to quickly build a stable and consistent practice.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Many chiropractic roles require years to build a full patient base. This opportunity is different.
You will step into a clinic with established patient demand and strong referral networks, allowing you to focus on delivering care rather than building a practice from scratch.
Key advantages include:
- Immediate patient flow with 6–10+ new patients weekly
- Full administrative and reception support including billing and scheduling
- Collaboration with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other practitioners
- A clinic culture built on structure, performance, and clinical excellence
This is an environment designed for chiropractors who want to focus on treating patients, improving outcomes, and building long-term relationships with their caseload.
What You'll Be Doing - Deliver chiropractic assessments, adjustments, and treatment plans
- Manage and grow a consistent patient caseload within a high-volume clinic
- Educate patients on recovery strategies, prevention, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and allied health practitioners
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Contribute to a structured and professional clinical environment focused on results
What We're Looking For - Licensed Chiropractor in Ontario (in good standing)
- 3–5+ years of chiropractic experience preferred
- Strong hands-on adjustment skills and patient assessment abilities
- Experience working in multidisciplinary clinical environments
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to manage a consistent and active patient caseload
- Professional, collaborative, and patient-focused mindset
Candidates who can bring patients with them are considered a strong asset.
Compensation & Work Model Compensation: CA$45 – $65 per hour Work Model: Onsite Benefits: Comprehensive benefit plan aligned with the clinic's physiotherapy program.
Location & Schedule Location: Downtown Toronto Schedule: Includes Tuesday through Saturday availability; 40 hours per week. Optional Sunday shifts may be available with higher hourly compensation.
