We’re looking for a Production Technician who thrives in a hands-on environment working with server hardware, diagnostics, and repairs.
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be actively troubleshooting, repairing, and testing equipment — playing a direct role in ensuring quality and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware and component issues
• Repair or replace defective parts to restore functionality
• Disassemble and reassemble units following detailed work instructions
• Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify issues
• Test repaired units to ensure they meet performance and quality standards
• Document repair data and enter information into the QMS system
• Identify and report recurring issues or quality concerns to engineering teams
• Inspect products for proper labeling and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience
• 6–12 months of technical repair or related hands-on experience
• Experience troubleshooting hardware or electromechanical assemblies
• Background in a production, repair, or technical environment preferred
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of hardware diagnostics and repair processes
• Familiarity with tools and test equipment used in troubleshooting
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, basic systems)
Certifications (Nice to Have)
• CompTIA certification
• Cisco CCNA (or working toward it)
Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Work Model
$25.50 -$26 Per hour, depending on shift and experience.
Work Model: Onsite - LaVergne, Tennessee, USA
