A Role Where Leadership Actually Matters This is not just a “keep the line running” supervisor role. This is a chance to
shape how a production floor performs, communicates, and improves every single day.
You’ll be the bridge between leadership and the production team—driving performance, building trust, and ensuring every team member understands the “why” behind the work. If you’re someone who thrives on
leading people, solving problems, and making things better, this is where you’ll stand out.
You’ll also play a key role in
continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives, meaning your input won’t just be heard—it will be actioned.
Why This Opportunity Is Different - Real influence on the floor – You’re not just managing; you’re improving how work gets done
- Strong team culture – Collaborative, supportive, and built on clear communication
- Leadership visibility – Direct exposure to decision-makers and operational strategy
- Growth potential – Opportunity to expand into senior leadership or operational roles
- Continuous improvement focus – Be part of meaningful process changes, not just maintenance
What You’ll Be Doing - Lead, coach, and develop production teams to meet safety, quality, and output targets
- Drive daily execution of production schedules and adjust resources as needed
- Act as the communication bridge across bilingual teams and departments
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements on the production floor
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Champion 5S, safety standards, and quality compliance across all operations
- Support maintenance coordination and ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain accurate production reports and performance documentation
What We’re Looking For - 3–5+ years in manufacturing/production, with leadership responsibility
- Proven ability to supervise and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of production workflows, safety standards, and quality systems
- Experience with continuous improvement, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies
- Confident communicator who can engage both frontline teams and leadership
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
Compensation & Work Model - Competitive salary aligned with experience
- Performance-based growth opportunities
- Full-time, on-site role in a manufacturing environment
Location & Travel - Based in Lincoln, Alabama
- Minimal travel required
