We’re looking for a Senior Mitsubishi PLC Programmer in Mississauga, ON to take ownership of automation systems from programming through optimization.
You’ll be working on complex industrial automation projects, collaborating with engineering teams, troubleshooting real-time issues, and continuously improving system performance.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and seeing their work operate in real environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Program, test, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLC systems
• Develop and debug PLC code for industrial automation systems
• Configure and manage communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CC-Link)
• Work with HMI systems and motion control applications
• Diagnose system issues and implement performance improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on automation projects
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
• Assist in commissioning and system validation
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and reliability
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
• Strong experience with Mitsubishi PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Experience in industrial automation environments
• Proven experience designing or supporting automation systems
Technical Skills
• Mitsubishi PLCs, HMI systems, motion control
• Industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CC-Link)
• Electrical control systems and debugging
• System integration and troubleshooting
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Nice to Have
• Experience in technical sales or client-facing roles
• Experience with full lifecycle automation projects
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
