We’re partnering with a client delivering complex infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pump stations, and reservoirs. This role puts you at the center of site operations, leading teams, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Why This Opportunity Is Different This role goes beyond standard site supervision. You’ll be responsible for planning execution strategies, managing full project schedules, and coordinating multiple scopes across civil, mechanical, and electrical systems. You’ll have real ownership of performance, productivity, and outcomes on technically complex infrastructure projects.
What You'll Be Doing - Lead site execution on water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Implement and enforce safety programs and site procedures
- Supervise, coach, and mentor project teams and trades
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders
- Develop and manage project schedules, including critical path planning
- Identify and resolve site risks, conflicts, and constructability issues
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Manage project documentation and communication
- Develop execution plans and short-term lookahead schedules
What We're Looking For - 15+ years of experience in field supervision within construction
- Proven experience supervising water and/or wastewater projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Experience with scheduling, critical path, and project planning
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of contracts, risk management, and project performance
- Journeyperson certificate or degree/diploma in a related discipline
- NCSO designation required; Gold Seal enrollment preferred
