Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications and perform treatments within LPN scope of practice
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living as required
- Contribute to care planning and communicate effectively within the care team
- Uphold patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality at all times
- Adapt to varied clinical environments across BC communities
Requirements Education Completion of an accredited LPN nursing program
Certifications Current registration with BCCNM | Medication Administration Certificate required
Experience Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience in an applicable care setting in Canada
Technical Skills Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) | Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
