Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Principal Performance & Intelligence Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their education operations.  

Position: Allocation Team Manager
Rate: £400 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (3 Months) with Possible Extension 

Purpose:

• Our team, Performance & Intelligence (Children, Young People & Education), require a Performance Officer to lead on processing, validating and submitting statutory school attainment returns to the Department for Education.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Communicate effectively with schools to support them in submitting returns and resolving any data quality issues. 
• Work accurately under pressure to ensure school returns are submitted to deadline. 
• There are over 250 school returns to process covering
  • Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP)
  • Phonics
  • KS1 (non-statutory)

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Principal Performance & Intelligence Officer role or equivalent.
• You must have knowledge of the EYFP, Phonics and KS1 DfE data collections and requirements to check and validate school returns.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
