• PAY RATE: $125,000 - $135,000 Per Annum
• WORK TYPE: Permanent

• LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN

JOB ROLE

An accomplished self-starter, a senior associate attorney will be in charge of the firm's foreclosure cases in Indiana. Along with potential for client development, duties will also entail managing the office and its employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and approving pleadings pertaining to foreclosure.
• Manage every facet of foreclosure cases, even those that are contested.
• Involvement in depositions, hearings over the phone, mediations, and in-person hearings.
• Frequent updates and meets with clients.
• Additional responsibilities and unique projects as given.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Doctorate in law.
• A member of the State of Indiana Bar who is in good standing
• At least eight years of experience managing foreclosures in Indiana
• The capacity to prioritise and oversee a heavy caseload.
• Delivers outstanding customer service.
• Identifies issues and finds quick solutions.
