JOB ROLE

Act as the main point of contact for members and the community when generating and sourcing possible transactions. You will collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders to guarantee that members receive first-rate treatment prior to, during, and following the transaction.

You will create solid external alliances to guarantee successful referrals and future growth, and serves as an advisor to all present and potential members to guarantee first-rate service and enduring bonds based on trust.


JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• To guarantee that goals and objectives are fulfilled, effectively market, create, and implement business development strategies.
• In order to establish a solid reputation as our markets' go-to commercial lender, represent the company in the business community.
• Be actively involved in making sure the client offers our members exceptional products and services that are both competitive and attractive.
• Request and accept loan and other product applications, and make sure business owners provide accurate and comprehensive information.
• Throughout the application process, act as the main point of contact for each member and make sure that requests are processed and communicated in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of external market factors and current trends pertaining to commercial goods and services.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in a related profession.
• Solid experience and understanding of commercial goods and services, as well as relevant laws and specifications.
• Three to five years of expertise in business or commercial loan and servicing in a forward-thinking, ambitious financial services organisation.
• Shown achievement in a manufacturing and sales role in the financial services sector.
