Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in NW London are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Children's Social Care operations.

Position: Lawyer/Senior Lawyer
Location: NW London
Salary: Negotiable
Contract: 3 months possible extension 

Key Responsibilities

• To advise and have conduct of legal files on behalf of all clients of HB public law with team leaders and service managers.
• To attend meetings and court outside of office hours as required. 
• To provide advice, representation and undertake research as requested in relation to children in social care.
• Required to assist on educational matters including advice on special educational needs.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience within a legal role or an equivalent role.
• Hold a Basic DBS certificate.
• Must be a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
• Must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or appropriately qualified overseas lawyer.
